Bella Luxe Living, an Italian-inspired high-end building materials brand, celebrated the grand opening of its OLO Custom Home Furnishings flagship store in Flushing on March 29, 2026, marking its official entry into the custom home market in the Eastern United States.

The 9:58 a.m. ceremony began with a traditional lion dance. Mark Jia, chairman of Bella Luxe Living, and Jerry Cai, general manager, performed the eye-dotting ritual to bless the new location.

The 8,500-square-foot showroom in Flushing offers a one-stop platform for custom home solutions. The company also operates a 20,000-square-foot warehouse in New Jersey. Its product lineup includes sintered stone, porcelain slabs, and full-home custom cabinetry under the “Design First · Luxury Living” concept.

“Through quality products and service, we aim to become the benchmark for high-end building material wholesale and custom home solutions in the Eastern U.S.,” Cai said during his opening remarks.

U.S. Rep. Grace Meng (D-N.Y.) attended the opening, recognizing the company’s contributions to the local industry and job creation. Other attendees included former New York State Assemblyman Jimmy Meng; Mandy Luo, senior advisor to New York State Assemblyman Ron Kim; Heng Chen, president of The Fukien Benevolent Association; and Ke Zhou, president of Sino American Commerce Association (SACA).

Gu Longjian, overseas general manager of OLO Home Furnishings, said the partnership would strengthen the brand’s presence in the Eastern U.S. market.

In his summary remarks, Mark Jia thanked attendees and announced a 100-store dealer franchise program across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. He reaffirmed the company’s commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and service, aiming to become the benchmark for high-end building material wholesale and custom home solutions in the Eastern U.S.

The ceremony concluded with a ribbon-cutting at 10:58 a.m., followed by a reception and product presentation.

Bella Luxe Living also launched promotional offers for the opening, including store credit promotions: $1,000 for $1,500 value, $5,000 for $8,000, and $10,000 for $20,000. Full-home custom packages are priced at $38,800 for 1,200-square-foot layouts and $48,888 for 1,600-square-foot layouts, which include cabinetry, smart bathroom fixtures, and stone surfaces.

The company has announced plans to expand through a dealer franchise program across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
